Prírodná zubná pasta

Ingrediencie:

  • 100 gramov bio kokosový olej
  • 10 gramov jedlá sóda bikarbóna
  • 20 ml propolisová tinktúra 85%
  • 9 kvapiek oregánového oleja (lisovaný a riedený na 20% olej)

Všetky zložky dôkladne pomiešame a môžeme aplikovať. Namiesto oregánového oleja môžeme použiť aj tea tree olej alebo echinacea tinktúru.
